Short version: this website has no forms and no accounts. The main way you share information with us is by calling.

Phone calls
When you call (719) 670-8043, the call is routed through a call-tracking service so it reaches the right local scheduling team. That service records basic call information such as your phone number, the time and length of the call, and which page or ad led to it, and calls may be recorded for quality and training. What you tell us on the call — your name, address and the problem with your system — is used to schedule and carry out the service you asked for, and is shared with the independent licensed HVAC contractor who performs the work.
Website visits
Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. The site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, such as Google Analytics, this page will be updated to say so.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for anything other than responding to your request and running our business.

Pages on this site link to public sources such as the National Weather Service, utilities and equipment manufacturers. Their privacy practices are their own.
